Chairman

Mr. Sanjay Passi, Chairman of the Krishna Group, is a competent industry leader fully committed to customer satisfaction. He is a god fearing philanthropist and is humble in nature. He has earned more clientele than profit as a result.

He has been a successful entrepreneur since the year 1989, when he started to reign Pasco Automobiles. He is said to have been born as a leader and his leadership qualities inspire trust in his employees and motivate them to take charge. Ever since he has been making waves in the automobile industry.

In fact, he has extraordinary skills to influence, guide and direct people. As a successful entrepreneur, he has good judgement skills and is quick-witted to take decisions.

Innovation and creativity are traits that characterize him. He always looks for new ways of doing things. He is not afraid to try out new ideas and is highly imaginative. As far as his educational background is concerned, he has completed his graduation with B.Com. (Honors) from Hansraj College affiliated to The Delhi University.

Achievements

He was appointed Honorary Consul General for the Republic of Latvia in New Delhi, with effect from November 2007 to March 2014. A multi-faceted personality, Mr. Sanjay Passi is also a member of the Worldwide Entrepreneurs Organization – Delhi Chapter, member of the World wide Young President’s Organization – Delhi Chapter.

The Krishna Group that is consisting of Maruti Suzuki and TATA Motors dealerships has been ranked No. 8 position in the country out of 15,000 dealer principals by the ET Auto in the year 2021.

Since birth Mr. Sanjay Passi has had a commercial bent of mind and this helped him to make his fortunes in entrepreneurship.

Awards

Mr. Passi also received the Aaykar Ratna Award in recognition of being the highest tax payer in the country in 1999 from Mr. Yashwant Sinha, the then Finance Minister of India. He was also presented the “Best Entrepreneur of the Year” Award in 1999 by Mr. Osamu Suzuki, Chairman & CEO, Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Khedan Prasad Gupta, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Krishna Group since 2008. Prior to that Mr. Gupta started his career in the year 1992 as an Accounts Executive in Krishna. Later on he was positioned as the CFO in 2003 and gradually became the CEO of the company.
